We have two function suites, each with their own private bar and stage area. The larger (Elbrow Suite) can hold 200 people for a function, and is typically used for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays as well as concerts. The smaller (Wessex Suite) holds 120, and is more cosy and intimate than the Elbrow, and is used for wedding receptions, quiz nights, and birthday parties. We also have on offer a range of activity rooms suitable for a range of meetings and activities - the larger ones (Avon, Whittucks, Ridgeway) are popular for physical activities such as keep fit and yoga - as well as larger corporate meetings and training; while the smaller rooms (Gloucester, Wesley, Somerset) are popular for small meetings, seated activities such as lace making, chess, card crafts.

HOURS is an inspiring gallery and event space hidden in the heart of Bristol. With a ground floor entrance and top floor views, the floor space is 46 square meters with a dark oak floor, white walls and flexible lighting and hanging system.

Founded in 2006, In Bristol Studio is one of the city's pioneering Artist Maker Spaces. We are an artist studio run by makers for makers. We specialise in hosting space for the noisy, messy and vocationally creative. In Bristol Studio has a large bright open-plan, publicly accessible space where we host a wide range of creative classes, courses, taster sessions and workshops. The Front Space is ideal for up to 16 participants, and it is available to hire at competitive rates. What’s included: two large work tables, each big enough for eight people to work comfortably or pushed together one large table that can sit 16 people, plenty of electric points, good natural lighting, access to our kitchen, with posh cups & kettle. Room hire rates: £80 per day, £45 per four hour block: 9am – 1pm / 1pm – 5pm / 5pm- 9pm, £350 weekly hire, we offer 25% discount on all hire prices for artists running funded workshops & activities for community groups. We are passionate about collaborative working, skill sharing, participation in the arts and the consumption of tea.

A traditional vintage Tea Rooms with lots of small rooms plus 1 large room accommodating 10-12 people - it is a private room away from other customers and is ideal for book clubs, language groups.

Vintage Tea Rooms / Coffee Shop set in a listed building next to historic Llandaff Cathedral. We have a large menu including home made cakes, pies and quiches, soups, breakfast, sandwiches etc plus traditional Afternoon Tea. We can accommodate up to 50 people.

We have a variety of spaces including a chapel, air-conditioned meeting room, cafe and atrium space and outdoor courtyard. We're willing to be flexible - let us know what you're looking for and we'll see what we can do!

Experience our modern, fully equipped conference/education suite with views over the Horsefair Courtyard. The suite can accommodate up to 50 people in various configurations and is located on the second floor of the new visitor centre in the Horsefair Courtyard. Make use of our state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment to breathe life into your projections and presentations and move to the adjoining balcony when a new space or breakout area is required. The suite also has its own servery which can be included with a hiring. The New Room meeting rooms are available to book on a half-day or full-day basis.

Jump studios is a 60 metre squared mirrored studio space, with another 60 metre squared seating area attached. A great space not just for fitness classes but also for meeting, workshop, event and party hire. Jump Studios is based in BS2, not far from Old Market, Cabot Circus and Temple Meads, it’s in a great location. On street parking available by day and a car park by night. Kitchen, toilet and shower. Air conditioning and heating all included in the hire price.

Just Wild Barn is a thoughtfully restored barn set on a family run regenerative organic farm in-between Bath and Bristol. It is run by mother and daughter duo Sarah and Alice. The barn is available for hire, so far we have hosted events such as nutrition and wellness days, floristry workshops, supper clubs and hired the space for a photography location shoot. The space is very versatile and could lend itself to many different types of event. The barn is made up of three different spaces. The top section is a large open space with six large trestle tables and thirty chairs which can be used on request. There is also a large projector and screen.The middle section is a full working kitchen with an electric oven and industrial dishwasher. The lower section of the barn is, again, a very flexible space with moveable worktops, prep tables, and a large sink. There are large doors at the end of this section which are lovely to fling open and enjoy the rural setting. The barn is set amongst tranquil fields with views over Chew Valley lake. There are lovely walks that can be enjoyed on footpaths from the barn. There are toilet and shower facilities located in a building adjacent to the barn and ample parking.

Lawrence Weston Community Farm offers two spaces: the Community Room, a small space great for craft activities and the Training Room, a larger space great for meetings and training sessions.

Here at Mendip Media we have a 650 sq ft / 60 m2 studio space that is perfectly suited to hosting large groups of people attending your Yuup Bristol experience, and although we are a media production company, we are very much open to hiring out our studio on a dry hire basis, with or without any filming equipment. With social distancing in place, the studio space can safely accommodate up to around 15 people, and when social distancing is no longer a requirement, it can house up to 30 people. The basic studio hire (£400 per day) includes dimmable lights, electricity, roller shutter door access, tea & coffee and 4 parking spaces directly outside the studio, with nearby street parking also available. On top of this we have an array of film/photography equipment available to hire, as well as additional rooms throughout the building if required (green room, meeting room). In addition to the studio space, we have two fully working kitchens that can be hired, one of which is a standard kitchen directly adjacent to the studio, whilst the other is a fully operational kitchen set, which can be setup in the studio itself, with working gas hob, oven and fridge space, ideal for cookery demonstrations! Merchants’ Hall is a grand, detached Victorian house, located in spacious private grounds close to Clifton Village and the Downs. The spacious Reception Room features a Steinway Piano, gilt-framed paintings and antique furniture. Large windows flood the room with natural light during the day, while glittering chandeliers illuminate this elegant space during the evening. The grand Dining Room is an impressive space with 18th-century Georgian chandeliers. French doors lead from the Dining Room onto an elegant, raised stone terrace overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens.

Our beautiful oasis of greenery in our super central Cabot Circus location is now available for hire! For a small fee, you'll have full use of our workshop space which can accommodate up to 36 people. We have full accessibility and customers can make use of the car park. We have a toilet and a small kitchen area should it be needed.

The building started operating as far back as the 1920’s, as a thriving, loved pub with rooms. Having fallen into disrepair in more recent times, this grade 2 listed building has been sympathetically restored and adapted for modern day requirements by the Wolff family, who see it as a mecca for creatives, business people, friends and family. The indoor space and rooftop terrace have been lovingly renovated, putting back hand-crafted cornices, chandeliers, bare brick walls, the large sash windows, and an outdoor chimney with a working fire to warm you long into the night. There is a fully stocked bar outside along with a kitchen where all of the cooking is done.

Muw Shed is a community arts and event space available for daytime hire in the heart of Green Park Station, Bath. We are particularly interested in bolstering a positive and relaxed environment where communities of all kinds can come together to share in events, talks, crafts, languages, readings, celebrations and more. We welcome organisations and events of all kinds, the wackier the better!

No.6 Dowry Square, a distinguished Grade ll* listed Georgian Townhouse nestled in Hotwells, Bristol, offering a compelling blend of historic prestige and artistic potential. Ideal venue for creative workshops, filming and photography.

We're a one-stop-shop for all things yarn craft. We host knitting groups, workshops and events held in our cosy Green Room at the back of the shop. If you would like to teach a workshop or host an event in there, please get in touch to arrange something! The Green Room is our back room in the shop. it’s a multi-purpose space designed for the hosting of workshops, knitting/crochet groups and small events. We are able to comfortably host 8 people seated around one large table, or up to 12 seated, without table. If we have to go back to being socially distanced at 2m, the group size will have to reduce to 4. There is a little, but well stocked kitchen for teas and coffees, a door to a private courtyard for fresh air, access to various plug sockets and toilet facilities. The Green Room is fully accessible to those requiring step-free access, though unfortunately the kitchen and bathroom are not. There is one step up to the kitchen and bathroom. At this time, we are yet to find a ramp fitter that will install universal access to these areas due to the shape of the building and the corners being so tight in this area.
