Trylla is a safe and relaxed place for people to come and learn! With an airy studio area on the ground floor of the shop and in Trylla’s basement ceramics studio, there is plenty of space to get creative with clay.
The ceramics studio benefits from a Kiln that you can rent out to fire your pottery, two electric pottery wheels for throwing, a huge clay store, as well as decorative slips, underglazes, and glazes in every damn colour you can think of.
Both levels of the studio are decked out with workbenches and table space, well equipped for hand-building techniques like coiling, slab building, and pinch pots - it has all the tools you will need to make great pottery.

Inside: Education Room (classroom with accessible toilet, sink, fridge and kettle) it is approximately 10m by 6m and can accommodate roughly 20 people sitting down; visitor centre/cafe; access to a fully equipped Victorian workshop.
Outside: area outside visitor centre is covered by a stretch tent. Several open spaces with views of the harbour and Clifton.
Unit8 Studios is our our creative co-working space in the heart of St Werburghs, where you'll find a large central warehouse area perfect for craft workshops and other creative activities.
Our open, industrial-style warehouse space boasts high ceilings an industrial aesthetic with walls decorated in art and sculpture, creating unique, relaxed and inspiring atmosphere. We don’t care about mess as long as it gets cleared up!
We can provide tables and seating for up to 30 people, as well as tea and coffee facilitates and high speed internet.

We Make Bristol
A lovely gift shop in the heart of Westbury on Trym, with parking facilities nearby as well as a range of indepedent shops, cafés and restaurants.
The space itself can accommodate up to 8 people (+ maker) sitting at tables, and a few more if standing. There are toilet facilities, and tea and coffee are provided with every booking. Due to a couple of steps leading to the toilets, the facilities are NOT wheelchair friendly (the rest of the space is).
Availability in the evenings from 6pm onwards and on Sundays (except December)
The Rosalind Franklin Room, situated on the second floor of We The Curious, is a versatile conference space filled with natural light. This spacious, modern venue is ideal for conferences, exhibitions and awards ceremonies. Exclusive hire includes the adjoining Annexe for catering or breakout rooms. Both spaces have access to private rooftop terraces
where guests can enjoy a breath of fresh air with views over the Harbourside and Cathedral. Our professional Events Team will be on hand throughout your event to welcome your guests and assist you.
A traditional proscenium arch theatre with dressing rooms, flexible orchestra pit and apron stage, permanent cyclorama, winched lighting bars and versatile hemp bars. We offer daily and weekly hire for shows which includes use of the two dressing rooms, box office, confectionery stand, venue technician and house rig. Please get in touch for a full tech spec. As well as performances the Winston is an ideal space for conferences, talks and film screenings. It is equipped with a cinema quality projector and screen. Please note that this space is only available outside of university term time. Seats 204 saleable seats.
Here at Workout Harbourside we have a huge multipurpose studio space at the heart of Bristol city centre, perfect for dance classes, fitness classes, rehearsals, and presentations. The studio is equipped with a full sound system, microphone capability, digital projector, and podium stage.
It is available to hire from £20 per hour.
Onsite we also have changing facilities with showers and lockers, and our café/bar "Club Haus", perfect to grab some refreshments before or after your class.
