Immerse yourself in the Wim Hof Method with certified instructor Dean! This 4-hour fundamentals workshop will cover the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: breathing techniques, cold exposure, and mindset.

Wim Hof is a name well-known in the wellbeing and fitness world - especially since his hit BBC series Freeze the Fear! Known as the Iceman, his breathing techniques and cold therapy method have been used by countless individuals wanting to challenge and improve their bodies and mindset.

This experience will be fun, safe and accessible to all. You will get to experience the magic of a Wim Hof Method breathing session, followed by an (optional) ice bath! Dean will also teach you how to integrate this powerful and transformative method into your everyday life.

Health requirements:

This workshop is suitable for everyone but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions, should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
