Restorative Yoga and Sound

Restore and relax with Bianca and Tara through gentle yoga poses, mindful meditation and soothing sounds and vibrations.

Restorative yoga uses the same poses as vinyasa such as child’s pose and pigeon but allows your body to totally relax by holding the poses longer while supported by props, such as cushions.

It has huge benefits such as resetting your nervous system and allowing your mind, body and spirit to totally relax, to totally let go, restore and reset . A couple of other benefits include:

You will be totally supported in this class and is suitable for all levels and ages including beginners.

Sound Bath

While Bianca takes you through the restorative yoga poses, Tara will be using a mix of beautiful sound healing instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, voice and Koshi chimes to enhance your restoration and bring you to a beautiful state of relaxation. Allow the vibrations of the instruments to work with the benefits of your yoga practice and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready for the rest of your weekend!

What to bring

Yoga matts, bolsters and blocks will be provided. For extra comfort, feel free to bring:

  • extra yoga matt

  • cushions/pillows

  • extra yoga blocks

  • some warm socks/blanket for the Shavasana at the end of the session

  • a water bottle

Contraindications

If you have any physical needs that may impact your yoga session, please do inform Bianca before we start either by email, or tell her on the day so she can accommodate you.

Can't make it? We understand things happen! You can cancel and get a full refund up to 2 days before your experience.
