Transport your tastebuds to North Africa in this hands-on Moroccan cooking workshop, where you’ll learn to make a vibrant Chicken Mkfoul tagine, fluffy herb couscous, za’atar taboon flatbread, and a smoky spiced carrot dip.
Perfect for beginners and confident home cooks alike, this relaxed session introduces you to the warm, bold flavours of Moroccan cuisine. You’ll explore a range of essential cooking techniques, from prepping vegetables and building spice blends to shaping flatbread dough and perfecting your pan-fry.
With step-by-step guidance from The Cookery Studio team, you’ll cook in pairs using induction hobs, enjoy what you’ve made in a relaxed, dine-in setting, and take home plenty of ideas to recreate these dishes in your own kitchen. Some ingredients will be pre-prepped to keep the session flowing at a comfortable pace—so you can focus on flavour and fun!
Whether you're looking to expand your recipe repertoire, try something new, or just love Moroccan food, this immersive class will leave you full of inspiration (and delicious food).
