In this session we'll go through the fundamentals of lacto-fermentation, giving you all the knowledge you need to start confidently fermenting at home. You'll also get stuck into making your very own jar of sauerkraut, guided by your host Romy, who will give you tips and tricks along the way.
It's light on jargon and your wallet.
This is a BYOJ (bring your own jar) event. We suggest anything between a 750ml - 1 litre capacity jar.

Please arrive at the Wiper and True Taproom, Old Market by 7pm and bring your own jar with you so that you can take your kraut home to continue fermenting.
Feel free to wear what you like, but be ready to roll your sleeves up and get your hands in amongst it. We will be standing for a good chunk of the session so wearing comfy shoes is advised.
