Dom’s session was outstanding—knowledgeable, approachable, and perfectly paced. I learnt about tyres, brakes, and gears, and received a personalised review of my bike with practical advice. Working directly on my own bike made the experience hands-on and empowering. The shop should offer one-to-one maintenance sessions—they’re invaluable and unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere. I left feeling confident and capable.
