Join us for a fun, hands-on cooking workshop where you’ll learn how to make two Vietnamese street food favourites: fresh summer rolls (Gỏi cuốn) with a zingy dipping sauce, and a flavour-packed pork bánh mì.
In this relaxed, sociable class, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the process of building bold Vietnamese flavours using fresh herbs, crunchy veg, and umami-rich sauces. You’ll learn how to shape summer rolls, prepare your own fillings, and pan-fry ingredients for the perfect bánh mì—all while picking up knife skills, serving tips, and ideas for adapting recipes at home.
Whether you’re new to the kitchen or already love cooking, this workshop is a great way to explore Southeast Asian cuisine and build your confidence. You’ll cook in pairs, enjoy what you make on the day, and leave with plenty of inspiration to recreate both dishes at home.
