Learn how to calm the nervous system, quieten the mind and find balance within these beautiful practices for mind, body & soul.
All sessions are led by an experienced certified Instructor, so if you've never experienced any of these practices before, you'll be fully supported and guided through each element in complete safety.
Morning Classes; the focus of these sessions are about raising your energy, improving focus, and giving you the best start to your day!
Evening Classes; these are more focused on down regulating the mind and body with gentler practices. our goal is to help you release the stresses and tensions of the day (or week), calming the nervous system so that you are able to relax and get a deep restorative nights sleep.

We enjoyed a great evening, our first experience with conscious breath. Our only challenge was finding it! Would benefit from using what3words location added to website or joining instructions. As we nearly went home as we couldn’t find it, glad we didn’t miss out on this great experience.

Reeally enjoyed this experience. Host was very friendly and welcomeing to first timers like us. I lasted 4 mins in the ice bath and never in a million years thought I would! But I had confidence I didnt know I had thanks to the welcome and the breath work and felt held by the whole experience. Thank you!
What a pleasure! Dean led us through the ice bath and sauna experience brilliantly, and the breath work at the end was the perfect chill out. The set up was perfect and we had so much fun! Absolutely recommend, we will be back!
I was really nervous as I’ve never done this before. From the start, Dean the host was very welcoming and made me feel at ease right away. He explained everything and was very supportive and encouraging throughout even made me laugh. The breath work was excellent and I felt so relaxed and I had the best nights sleep.
The experience was amazing from start to finish and I’ve booked again in 2 weeks time. I would highly recommend if you want to challenge yourself and for better health.
Amazing experience. I didn't think it would be my thing and was more going as peer support. But absolutely loved it. Really informative and excellent host who has lots of knowledge and time to explain in detail. He makes you feel very welcome.

Dean is a Certified Breathwork coach and Cold Therapy instructor. Specialising in sports performance, Clinical a more traditional breathwork styles, he also works closely with young people, children and adults with respiratory illness, sleep disorders and anxiety. Dean offers a wide range of classes from Contrast Therapy and meditation sessions, to Wim Hof Fundamental workshops.
