'BREATHE!': Guided Breathwork and Meditation

Looking to unwind, relax and find your inner peace? Practising breathwork can be a transformative experience and this guided breathwork and meditation session has been designed to reset and re-centre your mind and body.

Reduce stress & anxiety and improve your mental health, boost your immune system and improve sleep. Go deeper into your true self.

You will be guided through breathwork and into a blissful meditation to help you get through the week, feel more resilient, and deal with life's stresses!

How to get there

On the day

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early, so that you have time to settle and get comfortable before we start.
  • Wear warm comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and blankets are provided.
  • There is a safe place outside to lock bikes and plenty of on road parking around the streets.
  • We are set back off the main road down a small lane. Walk down the lane, and we are around to the left.

Dean is a Certified Breathwork coach and Cold Therapy instructor. Specialising in sports performance, Clinical a more traditional breathwork styles, he also works closely with young people, children and adults with respiratory illness, sleep disorders and anxiety. Dean offers a wide range of classes from Contrast Therapy and meditation sessions, to Wim Hof Fundamental workshops.
