Get hands-on with the art of sushi in this fun and relaxed workshop designed for adults and kids to enjoy together! You’ll learn how to shape and roll three popular types of sushi—nigiri, maki, and uramaki—plus how to make a zingy ponzu dipping sauce to go with them.
Perfect for beginners, this session is all about exploring sushi techniques in a welcoming, family-friendly setting. You’ll work with ready-prepared sushi rice, learn to shape your own rolls, and get creative with presentation. You’ll also make a tangy ponzu sauce together and pick up tips on storage and adapting the recipes to suit your tastes.
This is a great way to introduce younger foodies to Japanese cuisine and spend quality time together in the kitchen. You’ll enjoy what you make on the day in a dine-in setting, and leave with the skills to recreate it all at home.
