Ticketing

All tickets are non-refundable as per Yuup' terms and conditions unless exceptional circumstances apply as detailed in the terms and conditions.

If you have a ticket or booking-related question, you can contact the Yuup team via email at hello@yuup.co or by using Intercom, the instant chat function found on the Yuup homepage.

Tickets can only be purchased in advance from the Yuup website and cannot be purchased from the venue box office.

You will receive your e-ticket(s) from Yuup via email. This will be sent from: hello@yuup.co (please check your junk or spam folders in case it’s gone there). A copy of your ticket can also be found by logging in to your Yuup customer account and selecting ‘my experiences’.

If you have purchased multiple places under one booking, please note the Yuup system will generate separate QR codes for each person to scan on arrival.

You are advised to either print a copy of your e-ticket(s) at home, or display your ticket on your mobile to be scanned at the entry gate.

Timings and arrival

We advise you to arrive in plenty of time to get through the gates and security checks prior to the start time.

Please be aware bag searches will be in operation as well as security checks at the entrance.

Show starts - 19:45pm
Show ends - 20:01pm
Food Village and Fairground closes - 21:00pm
Site closes - 22:00pm

Getting to the venue

Yes, Wolverhampton Racecourse is fully accessible. Most facilities are at ground level, with wheelchair access to public areas, and lift access to all further levels. There are also designated accessible toilets.

The accessible seating tickets provide access to an accessible platform for individuals in a wheelchair or with mobility impairment. The main viewing area at Wolverhampton is grass so it may be that someone with a walking aid may wish to view from the accessible viewing area.

There are regular direct trains and Metro service to/ from Birmingham City Centre (avg. 20min), Liverpool Lime Street (avg. 1hr and 24min) and Manchester (avg. 1hr and 22min). Click here for train times and updates.

Buses regularly operate in and out of the Wolverhampton Bus station in close proximity to the racecourse with a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop down to the racecourse.

Yes, you must pre-purchase car parking when you purchase your ticket(s) to the Experience. There are over 1500 car parking spaces available on site which will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

If you require Blue Badge parking, there is designated accessible parking near to the main entrance. Please display your “Blue Badge” to access these parking areas, spaces cannot be reserved and are available on a first come first served basis.

Wolverhampton Racecourse is located off the A449 (Stafford Road) dual carriageway. Follow the brown tourist signs to Wolverhampton Racecourse (identified by the horse and jockey image).

From the north: Exit Junction 11 of the M6 and join the A460 towards Wolverhampton. Join the M54 at J1 Westbound. Exit at J2 and follow the A449 towards Wolverhampton.

From the south: Exit junction 10a of the M6 joining M54 to junction 2. Follow A449 towards Wolverhampton.

Facilities at Wolverhampton Racecourse

The venue is cashless and only card payments are permitted.

There will be a food village on site to purchase drinks and a variety of hot and cold food options.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased on-site (please bring ID with you as the venue operates a Challenge 25 policy).

Entertainment

There will be a family-friendly fairground onsite located within the in-field area (inside the horse racing track) and adjoining the audience viewing area for the Drone Light Show. Tickets for the fairground rides can be purchased on the day.

General questions

Yes, Evolution is suitable for all ages to enjoy!

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Any adult is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of any Infant and/or Child and/or Teenager in their party. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s.

It’s a shame you can’t join us. Tickets are non-refundable, however, if you would like to pass on your tickets to someone else that is fine as long as they have access to the QR e-tickets to scan on entry.

In the event of bad weather conditions, the event may be cancelled and your booking will automatically be moved to a new date as explained on the Experience Listing. We will contact all customers by email and SMS to confirm the new date the event will be held on.

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to attend the event with you with the exception of assistance dogs.

You will not be able to bring your own food & drink with you, except a non-glass water bottle or sealed plastic bottle. There will be a number of different food and drink options available to purchase at the venue.
