Accessibility

Yes, the venue is wheelchair and pushchair accessible. The Seat Unique Stadium is committed to ensuring that its venue is accessible for all customers. The Pavilion is designed for full accessibility to all areas.

Wheelchair access is available at the Ashley Down Road entrance (the Nevil Road entrance will be closed for this event) and the open nature of the Seat Unique Stadium means that wheelchairs can be readily accommodated.

If you are a wheelchair user you must select an accessible seat in the Mound Stand (row A, seat 192 - 228) at booking to ensure that you're seated in the correct viewing area for the show.

Yes, a carer can attend the performance with you. Accessible seats are limited, so please book your carer and accessible tickets at the same time so ensure that you are sat together.

The accessible seating tickets provide access to an accessible platform for individuals in a wheelchair or with mobility impairment.

Accessible seating is limited but we will do our best to accommodate you at another showing.

If you cannot find any remaining accessible seating please contact the team at hello@yuup.co with your seat requirements and the team will contact you if more accessible seats become available.

It is recommended that you choose a seat located towards the front of the row nearest the performance area or at the end of an aisle, as this will provide you with a little bit more space.

The individual needing an accessible seat would select one of the accessible spaces in Row A of the Mound Stand, the rest of the group could sit in Row B located behind.

At the end of the Mound Stand nearest the main entrance to the venue, there will be a small fenced compound where mobility scooters can be parked. This compound will accommodate up to 8 average-sized scooters. It immediately adjoins the entrance point to the Mound Stand where the accessible seating is located. The ground from this point to the accessible seating is level and there are no steps between the scooter parking point and the accessible seats. If you have any questions, please speak with a member of staff when you arrive at the venue.

Yes, a BSL interpreter will be signing the 19:30 showing of Evolution at the Seat Unique Stadium, on Wednesday 20 December. A dedicated block of seats has been set aside to ensure that those who would like to use this service have a good line of sight to the interpreter. Please contact hello@yuup.co for more information about booking these seats.
