Finding Your Booking

Once you make a booking, you can find it in your Yuup account. To do so, log into your Yuup account by clicking the button in the top right corner of the Yuup homepage. 

Login using your existing Account Details from your original purchase. If you cannot remember your password to log in, select the Forgot Your Password button and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset it.  

You can also Sign Up and log in using Google and Facebook. If you made your Yuup Account using one of these platforms, you will need to remember your details and use these to log in.  

Once you are logged in, you should see your initials in the top right corner of the screen, replacing where the Login button was. To review your purchase history or access your Account Settings, click on the icon or type www.yuup.co/orders into your URL bar.  

You will then be taken to a page titled My Experiences which will show your Upcoming experiences. You will also be able to view the status of your booking/s, your purchase history, and any experiences that you have added to your Wishlist.  

If you wish to see more details about your booking, select the View and edit booking button. This will take you to the Details page where you will find more detailed experience information including the address, time, date etc.
