City Uncovered, a new series of curated experiences, will launch across Bristol, Birmingham, Bath and Brighton this spring, offering residents new ways to explore their local area.
Running from May to June, the programme brings together limited-run experiences hosted by local venues, businesses, makers and creatives, with a focus on behind-the-scenes access, hands-on workshops and guided tours.
The series has been developed in collaboration with local partners including Bristol BID, Visit Bristol, Visit Birmingham, Jewellery Quarter BID, Visit Bath and Visit Brighton, with the aim of highlighting the independent businesses, cultural spaces and communities that shape each city.
Experiences vary by location, with highlights including yoga sessions on the Clifton Suspension Bridge (Bristol), guided tours of Spaghetti Junction (Birmingham), food tours through the Balti Triangle (Birmingham), sea swim and sauna experiences along the Brighton seafront (Brighton), and access to historic sites such as the Coffin Works Museum (Birmingham). Additional experiences in Bath and Brighton will be announced in the coming weeks.
City Uncovered is designed to encourage residents to engage more deeply with their city by offering new perspectives on familiar places and access to experiences not typically available to the public.
