Carouse Wines is a neighbourhood wine bar and bottle shop dedicated to thoughtfully sourced wines from independent producers. Founded by Faye, whose journey from sommelier to wine producer took her to vineyards around the world, Carouse was created to make great wine approachable, enjoyable and accessible to all.

We love sharing the stories behind the bottle - from the growers and winemakers to the regions and traditions that shape each wine. Whether you're discovering something new or enjoying an old favourite, you'll find a warm welcome, a relaxed atmosphere and plenty to explore.

Alongside our carefully curated wines, we serve local cheeses, charcuterie and deli plates, as well as local beers and seasonal drinks within the cosy indoor seating or sunny terrace.
