Ticketing

All tickets are non-refundable. For details, see Participant Terms and Conditions displayed at the point of booking.

You will receive your e-ticket(s) from Yuup via email. This will be sent from: hello@yuup.co (please check your junk or spam folders in case it’s gone there). A copy of your ticket can also be found by logging in to your Yuup customer account and selecting ‘my experiences’.

If you have purchased multiple tickets under one booking, please note the Yuup system will generate separate QR codes for each person to scan on arrival. 

You will need to display your e-ticket(s) on your mobile to be scanned at the entry gate, or if you prefer print a copy of your e-ticket(s) at home and present it at the gate ready to be scanned.

If you have a ticket or booking-related question, you can contact the Yuup team via email at hello@yuup.co or by using Intercom, the instant chat function found on the Yuup homepage.

Tickets can only be purchased in advance from the Yuup website and cannot be purchased from the venue box office.

It’s a shame you can’t join us. Tickets are non-refundable, however, if you would like to pass on your tickets to someone else that is fine as long as they have access to the QR e-tickets to scan on entry.

Timings / Arrival

We advise you to arrive in plenty of time to get through the gates and security checks prior to the start time.
Please be aware:

  • Dixon Gate, Trent Bridge Inn Gate and Hound Road Gate will be open to ticket holders. Recommended entry gate for your seating location will be specified on your ticket.
  • Bag searches will be in operation as well as security checks at the entrance. 

Show timings:

- Gates open: 2 hours prior to show: 19:00
- Food village opens and DJ starts: 19:00
- Pre-show starts: 21:00
- Drones take flight: 21:18
- Show ends: 21:45
- Site closes: 22:30

The total run time is 45 minutes. The show includes an 18-minute pre-show and a 27-minute drone light show so the entire show will last for 45 minutes in total.

  • Weapons, firework, explosive material, smoke canister, incendiary device
  • Flare, klaxon, megaphone, compressed air or gas operated horn, whistle, drum or other musical instrument 
  • Any other object which may be considered by a steward to be offensive, disruptive, dangerous or otherwise likely to infringe on the safety or security of anyone inside the venue
  • Animals (except guide dogs)
  • Refillable bottles – there will be water refill stations available
  • Cameras and video cameras (for recreational and non-commercial use only)

Seating

The majority of the ground has flat-level access throughout. If you encounter any issues, please speak to the nearest steward who will be happy to assist. Note that some wheelchair bay locations are accessed via lifts.

Toilet facilities for disabled spectators are located around the ground. All toilets have been secured via the use of Radar key to prevent misuse. If you do not hold a Radar key, please speak to the nearest steward who will be happy to assist.

Both seat options are marked with wheelchair symbols and are colour coded. For companion seat, select green option and for wheelchair space, select orange option. 

Yes, we offer a complimentary ticket for companions attending the performance with you. 

Wheelchair seats are limited, so please book tickets for yourself and your carer at the same time to ensure you are sat together. 

You must be able to supply the following documentation dated within the past 12 months or with a valid date covering the event:

  • Front-page of DLA letter or PIP letter 
  • Front-page of Attendance Allowance letter
  • DID card (National Disabled Identification Card)
  • Evidence of being registered as severely sight-impaired (blind)
  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
  • Valid Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you
  • Armed Forces Independent Disability Payment
  • War Disablement Pension
  • A specialist medical consultant letter stating your need for additional assistance at events

In addition, copies of the following two pieces of evidence are required in order to reserve an accessible parking space:

  • Valid Blue Badge
  • Valid Photo ID (Driver's licence/Passport or equivalent, to validate the Blue Badge)

It is recommended that you choose a seat located towards the front of the row nearest the performance area or at the end of an aisle, as this will provide you with a little bit more space.

Please feel free to ask your nearest steward, or volunteers wearing blue, if you have any questions regarding the accessible facilities around the ground, as they’ll be delighted to assist you. 

Facilities at Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club

A range of food and beverage concessions and bar options will be available and will include catering for a range of dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free.

All bars will be cashless, with payments accepted by card or mobile device.

Seating at the venue is tiered and in places there is a significant incline. If you prefer not to climb steps we recommend that you select seats near the front of the stands. All wheelchair bays can be accessed either at ground level or via lift access.

Getting to Nottinghamshire County Cricket Ground

The limited parking that was available on site at the venue has now sold out.

  • Distance from venue: 5-minute walk
  • Capacity: Very limited general parking and blue badge parking
  • Price: £10 per car
  • Advance booking required: Essential, this option is only available if booked in advance

  • Distance from venue: 1.5 miles
  • Capacity: 2,500 cars

There are also a number of well-located, secure (non-official) car parks located around the city centre.

Regular bus travel is available to the ground, with bus stops situated on Bridgford Road and Radcliffe Road.

Trent Barton buses serve West Bridgford and Nottingham via their Mainline (every ten minutes), Rushcliffe Villager, Keyworth and Cotgrave buses. Plan your journey at https://www.trentbarton.co.uk/. All Trent Barton services are offering the £2 single fare except for ‘red arrow’, which does not meet the Government’s conditions for its funding.

The Queens Walk and Meadows Embankment tram stops are located around a 20-minute walk from the ground, with the route from the Meadows Embankment stop proceeding along a pleasant stretch of the River Trent.

The ground is approximately a 20-minute walk from Nottingham Train Station towards West Bridgford and over the bridge, with regular buses also taking the route.

General questions

Yes, Evolution is suitable for all ages to enjoy!

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Any adult is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of any Infant and/or Child and/or Teenager in their party. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s.

In the event of bad weather conditions, the event may be postponed and your booking will automatically be moved to a new date as explained on the Experience Listing. We will contact all customers by email and SMS to confirm the new date the event will be held on.

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to attend the event with you, with the exception of assistance dogs.
