Time to freshen up your muscles and stretch out your joints from a winter hibernation- Yoganuary is here!

Move and be moved with Aim2Be with yoga inspired by nature.

Each week will highlight a different theme and a different focus on the body, so you can stretch and strengthen your body from the ground up.

Accessible for newbies, intermediates, and seasoned yogis alike- this programme combines movement, mindfulness and the shapes your body feels good in. And yes, if your body's favourite shape is a restful one then that's amazing!

This warm and super welcoming class is a fantastic chance for you to connect to yourself and meet a lovely bunch of like-minded humans.

This class runs Thursday 1900 - 2000 in St George.

A little bit stiff? Not a problem! There will always be modifications and support from your knowledgeable hosts. Let's get limber and fresh together :)

Please only arrive to class if feeling 100%. Bring your own yoga mat and stay to your personal space. There is hand-washing facilities on site.

On the day

Please wear comfortable clothing to move in. There is free street parking available near the studio. Please arrive in good time to find a space.

Aim2Be brings people together through yoga, crafts and wellbeing. They host workshops that deepen our connection to others, alongside ourselves. This community is run by couple Aimee and Blaise. Both these Reiki practitioners are on a mission to share with the world how you can heal your body through wellness experiences. Aimee is a qualified yoga teacher. She wants to inspire others to feel comfortable in their own skin. From movement through to breath classes, to self-care and relaxation experiences - Aimee's warm and welcoming workshops provide something for everyone. She's a gentle guiding light for many starting out on their yoga journey, giving you all the encouragement and support you need.
