We are all about mindful movement and its amazing benefits. We provide carefully curated yoga brunches and other wellbeing events that will nurture your body and feed your soul.
But we are not just any ordinary wellbeing organisation. Every penny of profit made goes towards our community wellbeing activities providing free yoga, tai chi and Pilates for people facing health inequalities in the city.
So not only will you leave feeling refreshed and inspired, but you’ll also be supporting a cause that brings accessible health and wellness to underserved communities.
