This 90-minute Yin Yoga experience blends long-held, supported postures with gentle, intuitive Shiatsu-based bodywork. Together, they create a deeply restorative practice that works not only on the physical body, but also supports the nervous system and promotes a natural sense of balance and ease.
Yin Yoga targets the deeper layers of the body - the fascia, joints, and connective tissue - through stillness and time. As you settle into each pose, you’ll be offered optional hands-on assists using gentle pressure and holds along the body’s energy pathways (meridians), helping to encourage deeper release and relaxation.
This class is open to all levels, with plenty of props (bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and blocks) to fully support your body, allowing you to soften without strain.
Expect a slow, meditative journey with space to breathe, feel, and truly land. You can expect to leave feeling lighter, more open in the body, calmer in the mind, and softer in the heart, like pressing a reset button from the inside out.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in before we begin. Changing rooms on-site. Wear comfortable, warm layers as the body cools during Yin. All props are provided, but feel free to bring anything that helps you relax.
No experience needed, this session is suitable for all levels.
