Yoga, Sound, Macramé & Nature City Retreat

Looking for a perfect way to reconnect with yourself and the nature around you? Want to feel part of a community, get creative, and spend time outdoors? Join Kristina and Aggy for this wonderful mini-retreat tucked away on the edge of Purdown!

Yoga, macramé, singing bowls and hot dogs over a fire make this retreat a full-body and mind-healing experience.

During this retreat, you'll connect with your body through movement and vibrations, connect with your mind by learning a new creative skill, connect with nature through a little foraging quest, and connect with your local community over a fire!

The adventure starts at Bridge Farm with an asana practice led by Kristina to release tension from the body and balance energy flow. You'll then be guided through a relaxation session and sound massage with therapeutic singing bowls placed on your body to enter you into a meditative state.

Yoga and relaxation sessions will be led outdoors if the weather permits, if not, they will take place in the barn.

You will then embark on a creative foraging quest in nature to find a small stone that calls out to you. After that, Aggy will teach you how to macramé tie it into your very own special token key ring. Once the macramé is completed, the group will gather by the fire for a sharing circle and to roast vegan hot dogs for dinner.
