Specifically tailored to the needs of runners, this workshop will focus on releasing and lengthening areas of the body where tension builds during and post run. We will dive into how to build a stronger core, as well as ankles and feet, whilst also bringing greater strength and flexibility to the glutes and releasing tight hip flexors, quads, calves and hamstrings.
We will also explore balance and centre of gravity, cultivating a sense of inner focus and breath control, which are key components to improving your running.
From building stamina to run faster and further, to understanding anatomy and alignment to prevent injuries, this workshop will incorporate a range of yoga styles including vinyasa, yin and restorative that will help with full range of motion and fascia release.
Leaving you feeling refreshed and uplifted, an additional takeaway from this workshop will be the creation of a short post-run self-practice that is suited to your needs and can be done often.
