Yoga Brunch & “Truth to Nature” Exhibition

Discover the beauty of art and yourself with this unique yoga brunch experience at Bristol Museum.

You'll start your day with a relaxing yoga session in the stunning Winterstoke Hall, surrounded by the museum's historic architecture and natural science collections. You'll feel refreshed and energised as you stretch your body and mind with Lucy Alice Yoga, a local instructor who loves to share her passion for wellness and culture.

After your yoga session, you'll enjoy a delicious breakfast in the museum café, featuring:

  • Rainforest Alliance coffee and fairtrade teas to perk you up
  • Yoghurt, granola, and fruit with a drizzle of honey to nourish you
  • A friendly chat with your fellow yogis to connect you

You'll then have the chance to explore Bristol Museum & Art Gallery’s latest exhibition “Truth to Nature” featuring The Hay Wain by John Constable.

Constable’s iconic landscape will be the centre piece in an exhibition “Truth to Nature”. Painted in 1821 The Hay Wain is an icon of English landscape art. It has been widely reproduced, copied, satirised and politicised.

“Truth to Nature” will explore how landscape has inspired artists from Constable to the present day. With art from Bristol Museum & Art Gallery’s extensive collection the exhibition will also include oil sketches by Constable from the Victoria & Albert Museum.

This is a rare opportunity to combine yoga, breakfast and view some amazing art in one unforgettable morning. Don't miss it!
