Work with molten silver to make a custom pendant

Make a super heartfelt gift, have a romantic date where you swap pendants, or make yourself something actually awesome that you'll never take off!

Join jewellers India and Jack for a fun and creative evening/day working with molten silver! In this workshop you will recycle and re-form metal from pure silver pieces into your own unique pendant.

You'll be in a fully-equipped fine jewellery workshop tucked away hidden off Stokes Croft and will have access to jewellery-making tools used to make bespoke fine jewellery.

You'll be sat at a professional jeweller's bench and shown the works of this craft. You'll learn a variety of jewellery-making techniques including melting, forming, piercing, soldering, texturing and polishing.

In this jewellery workshop you will:

  • Design a pendant
  • Learn how to use fine jewellery tools and materials
  • Have access to professional jeweller's equipment
  • Discover how to properly melt fine silver for jewellery making
  • Learn fine-jewellery craftsman skills
  • Get plenty of one-on-one time with two professional jewellers
  • Use your molten silver to create a pendant to take home

The small and intimate class size means that you’ll have plenty of one-to-one guidance from two professional jewellers throughout the designing and making process.

Enjoy the therapeutic process of melting and re-forming, re-purposing and recycling, to create your own handmade piece of jewellery!
