Thank you Ruth
Ruth is great at making you feel welcome as she guides you into the drumming circle. You don’t need to be musical to enjoy and benefit from the way the drumming harmonises across the group. I was apprehensive when I went to my first session but it was a wonderful freeing experience and left me feeling more in touch with myself and my body. I would recommend everyone giving it a go as Ruth makes it such an enjoyable supportive space. The session in the woodland around the fire is very special.

A truly wonderful night with an amazing group of women. Ruth is an excellent facilitator and everyone felt safely held and nurtured. I can’t wait until the next one!
Ruth is an incredible host and I love these events. The drum circle was a magical releasing journey for me this time.
Wonderful evening or drumming, movement, sharing and fellowship in a wonderful natural setting in the woods. Firelight and moonlight and wonderful company. Very uplifting.
Love the experience and the sound and feeling ✨️ grounding 🔥🎶
Truly a really special experience, and one that stays with me. I have rarely felt so at ease in the company of others, would recommend 100%.
A beautifully held space by a kind and open soul. Thank you.
Witnessing the women dancing around the circle with their drum and bells, removing their shoes to dance barefoot together was beautiful. They were all so wild and free. My heart was bursting. Where else in our modern society can women be free like that? It's beautiful to see women singing, and using their voices too. It's amazing how quickly they sense the energy of the safe space - you can see those barriers lowering, masks being cast aside to reveal the true wild woman within.
I did step into this space with trepidation but I simply didn't need to hold any fear. It was just magical. A really supported and supportive event. An amazing opportunity to sit in circle, drum and share. It allowed me to breath deeply and absorb the sounds around me. The fire held the heart of our time in the woods, providing warmth, light and peace. I'm so glad I stepped across the threshold into this space It really was amazing
A safe space to be in, with a warm and welcoming feeling from the host and the group.
I felt nurtured and grounded after the experience.
Being amongst nature during this experience felt divine.

A magical evening drumming in the woods with incredible, beautiful souls. I can't begin to describe the calmness, contentment and connection felt. The vulnerability, the lowering of guards, the authenticity of all the ladies and the healing brought as a result. The transformation as the real, true women began to emerge from behind the masks that the pressures of modern society place on us. Thank you Ruth for bringing us together and holding space for us to be our authentic selves.

Ruth is a qualified sound therapist and writer.
“After suffering from chronic pain for 13 years beforehand, my drum unintentionally became the antidote to my pain. An accidental gong bath, revealed to me that sound was my calling. Drumming, sound and movement have been incredibly healing for me and I love supporting people to delve into their inner worlds; to discover the wisdom that already exists within."
