This nourishing 3-hour wellbeing experience blends guided relaxation and restorative yoga with aromatherapy massage, a tea and aromatherapy blending workshop, herbal medicine and gorgeous sweet treats.

Your hosts Marianne (Marianne Swift Yoga) and Ellen (AmberLuna Apothecary) welcome you to Yogasara in Montpelier for this mini half-day retreat.
You'll cosy up with yoga blankets and bolsters, and enjoy herbal teas and therapeutic aroma - blended by you - and tasty treats throughout the experience.
What to expect:
Take this opportunity to rest on a very deep level. Come along on a solo date - or with loved ones. This experience will indulge your senses throughout, and you'll leave feeling calm and lighter than before.
Participants are encouraged to bring anything that makes them cosy and comfortable. Mats, blankets and bolsters will be available on the day, but feel free to bring jumpers, socks and more. You'll also need to wear layers which allow access to your shoulders, neck and upper arms for the massage section of the experience (and perhaps something you wouldn't mind getting oily!)

She is an advocate for neurodivergent health and wellbeing, and a firm believer in connection with plants and learning as a tool for self-development and improving health.
She has a strong focus on mental health, the nervous system, and science-backed holistic therapies that empower people to feel and live well with Herbs.
Marianne Swift is an experienced Yoga practitioner and psychotherapist based in East Bristol.
Her love for yoga revolves around relationship with ourselves, and with others. Endlessly curious about movement, she is passionate about the benefits of yoga for both our physiology and our minds. Through her practice and teaching, she explores how playful, accessible and mindful movement boosts our overall wellbeing and can help improve our mental health.
