With a combination of meditation, journaling, Wim Hof Method, and a fire pit ceremony, you will leave feeling unstoppable and ready to take on your next challenge.

What to expect:

  • Start the day with meditation to help you switch off
  • Journaling session to deep dive into what you want and what holds you back
  • Wim Hof Method: breathwork followed by a powerful ice bath
  • A delicious lunch
  • Fire pit ceremony
