Participants are encouraged to bring anything that makes them cosy and comfortable. Mats, blankets and cushions will be available on the day, but feel free to bring jumpers, a comfy mat, a bolster, socks and more.
You'll also need to wear layers which allow access to your shoulders, neck and upper arms for the massage section of the experience (and perhaps something you wouldn't mind getting oily!)
Age restrictions: 16+
