Join our friendly, weekly in-person guided journaling session. While journalling is a well-known tool for mental well-being, it can be tough to make it a regular habit. This is why we've created a supportive space and a guided session to help you get it done.
Every Friday we'll guide you step-by-step. We’ll begin with a short grounding meditation to help you quiet your mind and then provide gentle prompts to get you started. In a small group of no more than six, you’ll have a quiet, supportive space to reflect on what went well, what you learned, and what you want to let go of. Plus you can enjoy your first hot drink on us!
You’ll leave feeling calm and in control, ready to fully enjoy your weekend. Stationery is provided, but feel free to bring your own favourite notebook and pen, or treat yourself from the selection in our shop.
