Wake The Tiger: AFTER HOURS

My husband and I (in our seventies) came along with my son and his partner (in their forties) and we absolutely loved it - the mixture of strange (and to us, familiar) old tat and 21st century psychedelia made us all feel at home, in a crazy sort of way. Loved the mixture of science, sensory input and spirituality. When I went to sleep that night my mind was peopled with wonderful images. A great treat.

Really fun experience - was a bit confusing to start off with but once you get going it’s really great fun and brings out a lot of that childish curiosity you lose as an adult

We had a wonderful time exploring Meridia. It certainly lives up to the name amazement park. Incredible🤩

Absolutely loved this immersive experience, don't know what's around the next corner and had to double back to make sure hadn't missed out. a lot of fun!

This was fantastic! The creativity on show was mesmerising and the free flow exploration was magical, not to mention the wandering in-character hosts adding an extra layer of immersion.

Went well my current partner who isa wheel chair user and was thinking great. All areas wheel chair accessible, just look for the special one on the accessible map. Both really enjoyed it.

We all absolutely loved the Wake the Tiger out of hours experience, I would live here if I could!

An amazing experience that really let's you feel like you're entering a new world. So much to see, do and experience. Just when you think there's nothing else that could surprise you...it does. My 2nd visit on this one and I find bits I'd never seen before/missed last time around.
Plus the added position if a bar/cafe on site is a nice way to digest what you've experienced. Can't say enough good things about this experience.

Unique, creative, super fun on adults only night! Loved the secret rooms and being able to puzzle solve!!

Small comment: Would've liked the 'dressed up' workers to be more engaging as we weren't sure at first what to do or where to go. Would've been interested to see if there was more lore or story to everything.

But overall we had an amazing experience!!! Would go again. And the homemade gins were all delicious. Great event!

An unbelievably unique experience. Haven't laughed so much in a long time. I usually struggle with places due to a physical disability but the set up was so accessible! Thank you!

Not what I expected, but very good. It was easy to get lost and go round and round in circles, and some areas were very stuffy and a bit clostrphobic. I loved all the special effects, hidden doors etc. Left not sure whether we had seen it all or not ,but perhaps thats part of the idea, to make you want to come back.

Definitely worth a drink before going in. Really enjoyable experience, something different for a fun night. Could expand a bit more- I would enjoy to have a longer experience. The slide is brilliant, you feel like a big kid.

This is the best place to choose in Bristol if you want to take friends or family somewhere special.

Had a great time, have been to Wake the Tiger previously, but it was quieter after hours - really chilled with plenty of time to explore and enjoy the amazing spaces. Loved the new “Outerverse” section upstairs too! It’s all really immersive, great soundscapes along with amazing installations and creative lighting.

Inventive and great interactive fun, a different night out and brilliant photo ops.

Completely blown away by the creativity to have made such a wholesome and unique inclusive exhibition. I felt like a child again - the out of hours made it feel extra special as there was no children and able to take my time around all the different rooms without feeling rushed. We found all the secret rooms and walk throughs very fun. Would 110% come again and have recommended to friends and family to visit!

Approached this outing with curious anticipation and expectation which resulted in an Intriguing, stimulating, beguiling and immersive adventure. A mash up mix of Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter and the Crystal Maze. Hours of entertainment and phantasmagorical visual delight where reality intermingles with the virtual world. Offers and provides exactly what it says, amazement and the Tiger purrs throughout.
