One Belgium waffle connoisseur is keen to share the tricks of the trade and help you nail this king of comfort food.

Join your host Bev for a fun waffle making experience in Bath's beautiful and historic city. In two and a half hours Bev will reveal everything you need to know before you can dish up waffles that make your taste buds do a happy jiggle. This experience's location right in the heart of Bath couldn't make your culinary adventure easier.

Bev will tell you how to make your waffles from scratch using fresh ingredients. Once you have this down you'll be able to freestyle with your favourite toppings. Have some fun with it, while enjoying this 18th century workshop which overlooks some of Bath's historic Georgian streets.

Bev's Waffle Workshop will provide everything you need for a hands-on, fun experience making your own Belgian waffles. Some soft drinks will be provided, along with a recipe to take home, so you can continue mastering the art of waffle making.

Please note: Workshops are suitable for persons aged 13+ only (Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult).

  • To help your hosts help you, they ask that their visitors:
  • • Wash their hands upon arrival
  • • Practice social distancing
  • • Wear a face mask until joining the table, then it's up to you

  • Your hosts will be:

  • • Regularly washing their hands with antibacterial soap

  • • Limiting our group sizes to 7 or fewer people to allow for social distancing

  • • Cleaning and sanitising the space between workshops

On the day

  • Guests should please arrive no more than 10 minutes before their workshop is due to begin. Wear clothes that are comfortable - your hosts will provide the rest!
  • Bev's Waffle Workshop is located at 13 Northgate Street on the 1st floor of an 18th Century Georgian building in the centre of the City of Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
  • This workshop location is accessible by stairs only. Unfortunately, because of the building's layout your hosts are unable to provide wheelchair access

In Bev's fun experiences you'll be guided through the process of making your own lip-licking waffles using fresh ingredients, before adding your favourite toppings. Enjoy eating your beautiful creation in an 18th-century workshop that overlooks the hustle and bustle of the Georgian streets below. You'll find the waffles and the views are Bath's finest!
