Whether you’re introducing a partner to your favourite hobby or both stepping onto the silks for the very first time, this session is all about learning together. You’ll be guided through the fundamentals of aerial silks before exploring a selection of fun, accessible doubles tricks that build trust, teamwork, and confidence.
No experience is needed — everything is taught step by step in a safe, supportive environment, with plenty of encouragement along the way.
