This was such a fun day! I enjoyed learning more about the Grafiti I see around Bristol and getting to have a go myself!
DazCat was really clear in his explanations and made the session engaging and interesting. I felt okay asking questions and the morning was full of laughter and smiling.
Would strongly recommend!

I really enjoyed Dazcat's workshop.
Starting with a tour was nice and learning about Bristol graffiti and the scene from a local artist was so interesting.
I felt Rowan broke down spray painting techniques in a way that was easy to understand and follow. He provided us with a safe space to play and practice. It was really fun! And I left feeling uplifted and inspired.
I highly recommend - especially if you love graffiti and have always wanted to have a go! :)
Booked the workshop with a friend as we were looking for something more creative to do together and this was such a great idea! Daz showed us some street art around stokes Croft before we started the activity that was really interesting. It was a super friendly atmosphere and we had a lot of fun making a group piece! Would definitely do again and recommend to others
Had a fantastic time tapping into Bristol graffiti culture with Dazcat, I left feeling I'd learned a lot about the history techniques and had lots of fun getting to take part in the art form for the first time! Would highly recommend

DazCat is a Bristol based graffiti artist and illustrator. They are best known for their signature cat character as well as other quirky animals that decorate city walls across England and beyond. They paint their unique animal characters with anthropomorphic qualities so that people can feel more connected to them. These characters are complimented by abstract, nature-based themes and backgrounds. DazCat often paints these characters to reflect the mood that they were in at the time of painting. Painting large scale is where they feel most at home but are equally happy finding obscure locations for people to happen upon in the city, bringing moments of escapism amongst the city greys.
DazCat is offering you the opportunity to come and have a go at using spray paint and to learn the ins and out of graffiti/street art culture right in the Centre of Bristol’s infamous Stokes Croft. During the experience you will learn about the origins of graffiti and the local history of some of Bristol’s finest street artists, including Banksy of course! You will also walk away with your very own small piece of art from the day as a souvenir from your trip to Bristol. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you!
Hi, I'm primarily a graffiti mural artist and illustrator. I am from Bristol and have been decorating the city with my quirky animal characters for over ten years. Large scale is where I feel most natural, but I am not limited to big walls!
