How it works

We can use different rhythms to be transported in to a trance-like state. It’s a form of meditation that helps to bring clarity and a higher sense of harmony and order to our lives. Sound journeys can also open many doors into a greater awareness of Being.

Where To Park

The nearby Trenchard Street car park charges £4.50 for a 3 hour stay. This gives time to settle in, enjoy the event and have time to take it easy afterwards.

If you wish to lie down like most do, please bring something comfortable to lie on. e.g. mat/blankets/pillows. Chairs are also available.
