What to expect

The journey begins with an introduction in how to make the best of the journey. Then as you lie down and relax, the drumming begins, taking you on a voyage into the deep.. Other sounds, music and soundscapes accompany you along the way. To end you'll be brought back to earth gently, followed by a little silence, and some energising organic delights.
