The journey begins with an introduction in how to make the best of the journey. After that as you lie down and relax, the drums take over, taking you on a voyage into the Now. Other sounds, music and soundscapes accompany you along the way. To end you'll be brought back to earth gently, followed by a little silence before rising to raw organic delights.
