Your experience begins at the atmospheric Bath Gin Bar, tucked away in the heart of the city. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a perfectly served Bath Gin & tonic as your host introduces the story behind Bath’s first gin distillery in over 250 years. From there, you’ll head behind the scenes to the working distillery itself — a hidden space most visitors never get to see. You’ll meet “Jane”, the copper pot still at the centre of the operation, and discover how the team distil, blend and bottle their award-winning spirits by hand.

Along the way, you’ll learn about the botanicals that shape each gin, hear insider stories from the distillery team, and explore the process from grain to glass. Back in the gin bar, you’ll finish with a guided tasting of small-batch gins in a relaxed, intimate setting full of character and charm.

Expect rich aromas, flickering candlelight, plenty of flavour discoveries and a completely different side of Bath.
