Gavin and Nuch moved from Phuket to Bristol with their two young children in 2013. Nuch knew she wanted to use her passion for cooking Thai food, which she's been doing since she was just four years old. Before leaving Thailand she went on a cookery course at the Blue Elephant Cooking School in Phuket, studying with some of the best chefs in in the country. Once they had moved, Nuch soon started My Thai Kitchen in Redland and has been sharing her love of Thai flavours with people across Bristol over the last seven years, teaching them how to recreate her authentic recipes at home.
