Sunday Morning Reset: Yoga, Journaling & Meditation Workshop

Join us for a gentle, soul-soothing Sunday morning designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect. This workshop is all about slowing down, tuning in, and making space for yourself — especially during a time of year when routines can shift and self-care can easily take a backseat.

What to Expect:


Yoga - Emma will guide you through a series of asanas (postures), and pranayama (breathing exercises) aimed at enhancing your flexibility, building strength, and helping you gain clarity and focus, nurturing your mind, body, and spirit through a beautiful hour of yoga. The session is for both beginners and experienced yogis.

Connection & Refreshments – Enjoy time to chat, reflect, or simply be — with a warm drink and a selection of pastries in a welcoming, supportive space.

Journaling - Lisa will guide you through a reflective journaling session to help you explore how you're feeling, what you need more of, and how to gently realign with your intentions.

Guided Meditation – We’ll finish with a calming meditation to help you ground, reset, and carry a sense of peace into the week ahead.

This is your time — no pressure, no performance, just a chance to breathe, move, reflect and reset.

All relevant COVID guidelines will be adhered to.

On the day

Wear comfortable loose clothing for yoga, including a warm hoodie and socks for your meditation. You can bring your own mat, but mats will be provided. Bring a blanket if you wish. Bring a journal or notebook & pen. There is free parking directly opposite the studio. The studio is a short walk from Temple meads. Bike storage available Please let us know of any allergies.

How to get a refund
Can't make it? We understand things happen! You can cancel and get a full refund up to 5 days before your experience.
Please note that this refund policy does not apply to gift bookings. You may reschedule your gift if outside the time period stated above. Please note that Yuup gift cards are valid for redemption for 12 months, and if not redeemed by this date, you will get a Yuup credit added to your Yuup account equivalent to the unspent value of the Yuup gift card less a Yuup administration fee of 20%.
