Your session includes access to our wood-fired sauna, invigorating cold plunge, traditional löyly sauna rituals, and plenty of space to relax and reconnect. Gather around the firepit, watch horses wander past, soak up the peaceful surroundings, or simply enjoy a moment of calm with friends old and new.
Our extended 90-minute sessions are designed to help you slow down, settle in and fully embrace the experience. Sessions run at 2pm, 3.30pm, 5pm and 6.30pm.
For an extra touch of indulgence, optional wellness treatments are available, including clay masks, salt scrubs and nourishing facial oils. If you'd like to add any of these to your visit, please get in touch to book in advance.

Ditchling Wild Sauna
Ditchling Wild Sauna is based just below Ditchling Beacon, nestled in the South Downs National Park, surrounded by nature and just 10 minutes from Brighton.
Ditchling Wild Sauna offers a host of activities, from weekly Social Saunas to regular events, utilising sound, scent and breathwork. Our wood fired stove offers an authentic Sauna experience.
Our Sauna is incredibly special with stunning views of the Downs, sharing space with the resident horses who reside in the adjoining fields. Cold plunge whilst admiring the view and enjoy total privacy within this natural sanctuary.
Take time to sit around the firepit with a herbal tea or indulge in our homemade Sauna treatments, Salt Scrubs, Clay Masks or Face oils.
