The Avon Photo School runs practical, walking workshops in stunning locations. These experiences offer you an opportunity to take exceptional photographs and enjoy beautiful scenery, all while developing your technical and creative confidence!
Whether you are a beginner or a keen amateur, these workshops provide you with the settings on your camera, the fundamentals of composition and exposure, and guide you through the concepts of depth of focus, lens choice, contrast, tone and texture.
Chris’ photographs of people and places from around the world have won many awards internationally. His photographs have been published in international journals, exhibited at Royal Geographical Society in London and at United Nations Office at Geneva. He has published two books of his photographs and many of his limited edition prints are held by private collections.
Having lived in many different countries he is now based in the Avon Valley just outside Bath where he loves exploring the stunning countryside through the changing seasons. He leads photographic workshops in India, Iceland, Ireland and Italy as well as locally along the Avon Valley near Bath.
