Stained Glass Painting Workshop

Discover the art of traditional glass painting in this hands-on, full-day workshop.

You will learn how to mix paints and use specialist brushes and tools to trace, matt, shade, and sgraffito your design onto glass. Through guided exercises, you’ll explore multiple techniques for applying and removing paint, creating richly layered effects across several glass pieces.

Throughout the day, enjoy complimentary hot drinks and the option to order lunch from the wonderful on-site kitchen (at an additional cost).

After the workshop, your painted glass will be taken to Dawn’s Bristol-based studio for kiln firing, making the artwork permanent.

We encourage you to bring an old apron or shirt and any ideas you may have for design inspiration. Imagery to support ideas will be supplied.
