A Gentle Reset for the Brightest Season.
By mid-June, the rush of spring has usually settled into the heat of the year. But often, the goals we set in January (or even April) have become overgrown, tangled, or forgotten in the busy-ness of daily life.
If you’re feeling a little breathless or wondering where the first half of the year went, take a beat. You aren’t behind - you’re simply in the thick of it.
Summer is the season of maximum light - the perfect time to pause, look at what is actually growing in your life, and decide what deserves your energy through July, August, and September. This isn’t about "summer body" pressure or "hustling" through your holiday; it’s about intentional living while the sun is high.
Join us at All Good Things for an intimate, 2 hour gathering designed to help you harness the energy of the solstice and map out a purposeful, joyful, and sustainable Q3.
What We’ll Do Together
This is a small-circle workshop (just 6 seats) where we swap "busy" for "bright." Through a series of quiet, guided exercises:
The Mid-Year Harvest: Reflect on the first six months of 2026. We’ll celebrate what has flourished and gently prune away the projects and pressures that are no longer serving you.
Summer Soul Audit: A seasonal check-in on your home, health, work, and heart. We’ll look at how to protect your peace during the social buzz of summer.
Intentional Planning: Selecting 2-3 meaningful goals for the next 90 days - the things you want to see reach full height by the time the leaves begin to turn.
We'll support you to develop your own:
Summer Rhythm: Mapping out July, August, and September as a "seasonal flow." We’ll plan for rest, play, and progress in a way that respects the warmer days and lighter evenings.
Sun-Drenched Rituals: Designing the tiny, daily habits—your "watering cans"—that keep your goals alive while you’re out enjoying the season.
The Atmosphere:
Picture this: the shop door propped open to a summer breeze, a glass of chilled herbal tea, our shop dog snoozing in a patch of sunlight, and the quiet scratch of pens on paper. You’ll be surrounded by the calming textures of our shop, working alongside like-minded neighbours.
No "productivity hacks" - just space, support, and a sunny path forward.
