Join Louise for a 2-hour workshop where we take time out from seasonal changes to enjoy the grounding, and calming practices of Yin, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing.
The class will begin with a gentle Yin practice, reducing stress and providing restoration for the body and mind.
We’ll then move gently to a place of stillness and rest for the practice of Yoga Nidra, before enjoying the healing frequencies of the Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas, and chimes, to create powerful multi-layered pulses of sound to induce a deep meditative and peaceful state, clarity of mind and a providing soothing effect on the sympathetic nervous system.
