Ever dreamed of learning how to dance from celebrity instructors who work with the stars? Then come along to an SOS Dance Workshop!

In this dance workshop, you will be learning how to dance to some of the best chart-topping music. You will be taught how to move, shake and shimmy to an amazing routine.

Dancing is great medicine for the mind and body. In this workshop, you will have fun learning an iconic routine, while also getting your heart rate and those endorphins pumping!

Your host for these dance workshops is School of SOS, whose professional choreographers have worked with celebrities such as Beyoncé, Lizzo and Rhianna!

What to expect:

Get taken step-by-step through a routine
Have plenty of time to learn the dance moves

This dancing workshop is made by experts, for beginners. No dancing experience is necessary. Just bring yourself and your willingness to try new things. See you on the dance floor!

School of SOS represents a new dance movement with empowerment and self-confidence at its very core. Their classes are upbeat, fun, and full of sass!

New routines are choreographed every two weeks by an incredible dance team, who have worked with the likes of Beyoncé, Rihanna, Lizzo and Dua Lipa! Stick with this host and you'll learn dance routines to your favourite divas' songs.

This host knows how to break down dance choreography so it's super easy to learn. Even if you've never done a dance class before - don't worry - no previous experience is needed. Simply rock up and dive right in. You've got this!

Abi Bryan

Abi Bryan is a certified School of SOS dance instructor, bringing the SOS experience to Solihull every Friday evening. Abi's choreography is super easy to learn - she'll break down the steps and support you throughout.
