Secret Supper Club: Six Course Tasting Menu

Join us on this one-of-a-kind 6-course dining adventure that offers a truly unique culinary experience. This secret supper club pops up at different, undisclosed locations within the city so guests are taken to some of the most hidden and unexpected corners of the city.

The theme of this supper club is modern Nigerian cuisine, born from slow, soulful Sundays at my grandfather’s house in Nigeria!

At Abinci, community and friendship building is at the heart of our supper clubs. At each event, guests are encouraged to mingle and connect with one another and create friendships that extend beyond the dining table.

Abinci sources ingredients and venues from local businesses, helping to support the local community and create a sense of pride and ownership in the food that is being served.

What to expect:

• A 6-course meal from locally sourced ingredients
• A secret location to be revealed 2 days prior to the event
• Lots of opportunity to make new friends

Appetiser

Seared monkfish delicately coated in a spiced bean fritter batter (akara), finished with chive cream

Soup course

Inspired by Gbegiri, this velvety soup layers honey beans, roasted peppers, and sweet plantain for a comforting twist, served with crunchy salt and pepper Agege croutons.

Main course

Slow-cooked jasmine rice in a spiced tomato base and rich coconut broth.

Meat course

Iru butter basted steak, efo and potato puree served with a strawberry salsa

Palate Cleanser

Ginger tea, mint and lime granita

Dessert Course

Burnt cinnamon honey butter toast
