Join us at The Bristol Loaf on Wednesday 28th January for Side Dish - a one-night-only event that’s part of a city-wide series running 26th Jan – 5th Feb 2026, celebrating great food, good company and unexpected moments of comedy throughout January.
Enjoy a delicious slice of pizza and a glass of wine, welcoming an atmosphere that The Bristol Loaf is known for.
At some point in the evening, the lights shift and a brilliant surprise comedian takes the floor. We don’t reveal who they are or when they’ll appear - the anticipation is part of what makes the Side Dish series unforgettable.
Your ticket includes:
A large slice of Romana pizza, with an optional glass of wine (choose from margherita, salami or potato & rosemary (vg)
A surprise live comedy performance
A warm, social night out as part of the Side Dish series
A contribution to local charity, SWEDA - www.swedauk.org
Arrive from 6:30pm. Food service begins at 7pm. Drinks are not included in the ticket but can be purchased from the bar.

Side Dish is a once-a-year food-led event series that pairs great food with surprise live comedy, creating feel-good nights out that give back. Hosted in local restaurants and casual dining venues each January, the series supports independent hospitality while raising funds for community causes. This year, Side Dish proudly supports SWEDA, which provides specialist support to people affected by eating disorders.
