Slow down, awaken your senses and reconnect with nature on a guided sensory walk exploring the quieter green spaces hidden around Brighton.
This experience is part of City Uncovered: Brighton, taking place from 1st–14th June 2026 — a limited-time series of unique, under-the-radar experiences designed to help you see the city differently.
Led by a mindful nature guide, this immersive sensory walk invites you to experience Brighton beyond the noise and rush of everyday life. Through gentle movement, grounding exercises and guided sensory prompts, you’ll learn to notice the sounds, textures, scents and subtle details of the natural world often overlooked in daily routines.
As you wander through peaceful green spaces and hidden natural corners, you’ll be encouraged to slow your pace, breathe deeply and reconnect with the landscape around you. Along the way, your host will guide moments of reflection and observation designed to calm the nervous system and deepen your connection to both nature and place.
Rather than a traditional walking tour, this experience offers a restorative pause — an opportunity to experience Brighton through presence, curiosity and sensory awareness.
Expect birdsong, shifting light, fresh air and a completely different perspective on the city’s hidden natural side.

I’m passionate about sharing the transformative power of nature, and I’ve trained with The Forest Bathing Institute (TFBI), a leader in Forest Bathing+ since its foundation in 2018. The TFBI has led hundreds of sessions for thousands of people, with profound results. Their evidence-backed approach shows the incredible benefits of forest bathing — from reducing stress and improving sleep to enhancing immune function and mood.
I’ve been fortunate to learn from the experts at TFBI, whose research partnerships with universities worldwide have demonstrated how these sessions not only boost nature connection but also help with the potential to help with a range of health issues.
As your guide, I’m committed to creating a safe, welcoming space for you to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience its calming and restorative effects firsthand.
