There's nothing more comforting than a scotch egg. Satisfyingly crunchy on the outside, with a soft yolky centre - they're a Summer picnic staple for a reason!

Join Little Kitchen's masterclass, and learn all the tips and tricks for making this British favourite.

What you'll be doing:

  • Make a scotch egg with that elusive runny yolk using the best outdoor bred pork from Ruby and White Butchers
  • Start with a traditional scotch egg, then experiment with chorizo scotch eggs and a scotch quails egg
  • Enjoy your first scotch egg with a range of condiments (feel free to bring a beer or two!) then eat or take-away your other eggs!

All ingredients are included, and equipment will be provided on the day. You can also take home recipe cards so you can recreate your favourite Scotch egg masterpieces at home!
