Running and Fitness 1:1 Training Session

Have your running form and training analysed, with suggestions on how to get more out of your running! Mark Wilkins offers individual training sessions that are ideal for all kinds of runners, including total beginners.

Experienced in supporting runners to improve their running efficiency, Mark will offer advice on exercises and drills to build strength and injury prevention. Motivation plays a huge part in sport and fitness, and a session with Mark will help build momentum to become a better runner and generally more fit in daily life!

What to expect:

  • An active training session involving running and observation.
  • Trying drills and exercises to improve efficiency.
  • A tailored session, catering to your individual needs. This works well for all types of runners from elite to reluctant beginners!

So, whether you have just started running or have been running for a while and need fresh ideas for improvement, these 1:1 sessions will really help your running and general fitness.

COVID-19 guidelines

We will be working outside so will remain safe. Gallop View Stables has hand washing facilities on site. If you or someone close to you has symptoms of COVID please consider the wisdom of attending. If you have a positive test, then we will reschedule.

On the day

We can arrange a location mutually convenient or train in Gallop View Stables, Lower Failand. I am also happy to meet at your home when appropriate. As the session will be largely outside you will need running kit and spare clothes including a waterproof, depending on the weather.
